Hollow Pin Double pitch Chains
- This chain is used for conveyance purposes and various attachments can be attached using holes in Double pitch pins.
- In addition to Standard Series and SS (stainless steel) specifications, NP (nickel plated) specifications are also available.
Features
- - The attachment center distance does not change even when the chain is in a straight line or when the sprockets are engaged.
- ・The attachment load is evenly distributed on both plates, which is advantageous in terms of strength and makes the chain less likely to snake when in motion.
- - Attachments can be easily replaced, maintained, and intervals changed even while the chain is still attached to the device.
- Operating temperature range (Standard Series): -10°C to 150°C
Use lubricants that are suitable for the operating temperature.
When selecting sprocket specifications
It is necessary to select a sprocket specification that corresponds to the customer's operating environment and chain specifications.
Use standard steel Double pitch sprockets for Hollow Pin Double pitch.
If the sprocket has 30 or more teeth and is an S roller, a standard steel RS sprocket can be used.
