  • - Corrosion and heat resistant (-20℃ to 400℃), it is suitable for situations where miniaturization of the conveying part or strengthening of conveying power is required.
  • - Corrosion resistance is slightly lower than that of SS Series.

When selecting sprocket specifications

It is necessary to select a sprocket specification that corresponds to the customer's operating environment and chain specifications.

For stainless steel Double pitch AS Series, please use standard stainless steel Double pitch sprockets.

Stainless steel wear-resistant specification allows for a longer lifespan.

If the sprocket has 30 or more teeth and is an S roller, a standard stainless steel RS sprocket can be used.
