Precautions when replacing
Lubricating
SS Series is shipped without oiling, but AS Series is shipped oiled to prevent rust.
Between AS Series with pre-lubed and SS Series without pre-lubed AS Series has a longer lifespan.
If you are using the product without removing the lubricant or if you are using it with additional oil added, please consider oiling SS Series as well.
It is also possible to apply oil to SS Series at the time of shipment (special order available).
With EP attachment or stay pin
Since SS Series and AS Series specifications are made of different materials, switching to SS Series will reduce the strength of the pin.
