RS Chain with Coated Attachments, NEP Specification NEPTUNE

This is RS Attachment Chains that has undergone special surface treatment and special resin surface treatment.
NEP Series environmentally resistant chain with a proven track record in highly corrosive environments such as cleaning processes and humid environments.
While maintaining its corrosion resistance and chemical resistance to water and alkaline chemicals, its corrosion resistance to salt water has been greatly improved.
It has the best corrosion resistance and chemical resistance of all coated chains.

Features

- The combination of a special coating and a special resin coating developed exclusively by Tsubaki provides high corrosion resistance (rust prevention) and chemical resistance.
-Can be used outdoors or in environments exposed to seawater.
- This chain uses revolutionary surface treatment technology that is environmentally friendly and does not contain harmful chromium.
RoHS directive compliant.
・Operating temperature: -10 to 60℃

- Do not Use If the chain comes into direct contact with Food or If there is a risk that peeling debris or wear debris may get into the food.
- If you are using the chain in an environment where peeling debris or wear debris is a problem, please install a cover or consult us about selecting a chain.
・Please contact us if you plan to use the product in a high-temperature steam environment.
- Avoid using it in combination with a stainless steel sprocket whenever possible.

It is necessary to select a sprocket specification that corresponds to the customer's operating environment and chain specifications.

A dedicated sprocket is required for NEP Series RS Attachment Chains. Please contact us for details.

When using stainless steel sprockets, potential corrosion may cause the rollers to wear prematurely.

Please contact us regarding chemical resistance.
