  • This roller chain is made of 18-8 stainless steel.
  • Offers superior corrosion resistance to RS roller chains and RS coated chains, and can be used in corrosive atmospheres such as underwater, acidic, or alkaline environments, as well as special low and high-temperature environments.

Features/Applications

  • -High corrosion resistance due to the use of 18-8 stainless steel

    Made of 18-8 stainless steel, it has better corrosion resistance than RS coated chains and can be used in corrosive environments such as underwater, acidic, and alkaline environments.

  • ・Can be used in special low and high temperature environments

    The usable temperature range is -20℃ to 400℃, which is a very wide range.

    *Due to the cold processing, it has weak magnetic properties. If the connecting link is fastened with spring clip, spring clip is made of 17-7 stainless steel.

When selecting sprocket specifications

It is necessary to select a sprocket specification that corresponds to the customer's operating environment and chain specifications.

Please use standard stainless steel RS sprockets for stainless Drive chain SS Series.

Stainless steel wear-resistant specification allows for a longer lifespan.
