Features/Applications

  • -High corrosion resistance that exceeds SS Series

    Made of 18-12 stainless steel, it has even better corrosion resistance than SS Series.

    It can be used even in harsh environments.

  • ・Can be used in special low and high temperature environments

    The usable temperature range is -20℃ to 400℃, which is a very wide range.

    *If the connecting link is secured with spring clip, spring clip will be made of 17-7 stainless steel, and if it is secured with a cotter pin, the cotter pin for RS80-NS only will be made of 18-8 stainless steel.
    There is no magnetic material except for spring clip and cotter pin.

When selecting sprocket specifications

It is necessary to select a sprocket specification that corresponds to the customer's operating environment and chain specifications.

A special sprocket is required for NS Series stainless Drive chain.
