Plastic Roller Double pitch Low Noise Series SS Specification

SS Series uses 18-8 stainless steel for all parts except Plastic Roller, making it corrosion resistant.
Compared to steel rollers, Plastic Roller have advantages such as being lighter, having lower rolling resistance, and being quieter, but the low-noise series uses special Plastic Roller that are even quieter (7dB reduction) than conventional Plastic Roller.
*The color of the special engineering plastic roller is a very light cream color.

Features

- By using a special Plastic Roller, noise has been reduced by an additional 7dB compared to conventional Plastic Roller.
- Corrosion resistance: 18-8 stainless steel is used for all parts other than the rollers, making it corrosion resistant.
-Lightweight: Approximately 30% lighter than steel.
- Reduced rolling resistance: Rolling resistance is reduced by approximately 30% compared to steel.
-Operating temperature range: -20℃ to 80℃.

It is necessary to select a sprocket specification that corresponds to the customer's operating environment and chain specifications.

For Plastic Roller Double pitch low-noise SS Series-type plastic rollers, please use standard stainless steel Double pitch sprockets.

If the sprocket has 30 or more teeth and is an S roller, a standard stainless steel RS sprocket can be used.
