  • This is a conveyor chain that uses special bushings on a stainless steel chain.
  • By using self-lubricating parts between the pin and bushing, we have achieved a long life even in high temperature ranges (maximum 180°C).
    In addition to stainless steel rollers, we also offer a lineup of KV specification rollers.

Features

  • - Wear-resistant: The use of special wear-resistant bushings ensures a long chain life. This reduces the burden of chain maintenance. Initial elongation is also reduced.
  • Heat resistant: Heat resistance has been greatly improved. Can be used up to 180°C (for stainless steel rollers and KV rollers).
  • - Resistant to chemicals: Made with specially selected engineering plastics based on the engineering know-how that Tsubaki has cultivated over many years of experience with plastic chains.

Precautions

  • ・If you wish to degrease the product before use, please contact us.
  • - If Black wear debris is generated, clean it regularly.
  • ・For extension pins, please contact us.
  • - LSK specification Plastic Roller are not recommended for use in an environment where they are exposed to water or underwater, as this may cause early wear of the rollers.

It is necessary to select a sprocket specification that corresponds to the customer's operating environment and chain specifications.

For stainless steel Double pitch LSK specifications, please use standard stainless steel Double pitch sprockets.
