Double pitch
- Compared to RS Attachment Chains, the chain pitch is doubled (Double pitch) and the plate shape is flattened to allow for attachments.
This is a conveying chain. - It complies with ISO1275 Type A, ASME B29.100, and JIS B1803.
Features
- - High overall length accuracy makes it suitable for relatively long distance, low speed transport.
- - There are two types of rollers: R rollers and S rollers, which can be used depending on the application.
- -Double pitch pitch sprockets and RS sprockets (S rollers with 30 or more teeth) can be used.
When selecting sprocket specifications
It is necessary to select a sprocket specification that corresponds to the customer's operating environment and chain specifications.
Use standard steel Double pitch sprockets with double pitch chain.
If the sprocket has 30 or more teeth and is an S roller, a standard steel RS sprocket can be used.
