Indexing Table Chain
- Needle bearings (steel) are inserted into the bearing section, outboard roller, and guide rollers.
- After the initial wear elongation (0.01%) occurs, no further wear elongation occurs.
- The chain pitch accuracy is ±0.05mm, allowing for highly accurate positioning. The center roller at the center (bottom) of the link suppresses lateral vibration.
A reference pin for attaching a jig is provided in the center (top) of the link. The main body is made of steel and has been blackened.

How to use outboard roller
- There are two types of outboard roller: single type (S) and double type (D).
- ・Double type (D)
guide channel can be retracted to the side of the sprocket, allowing for smooth transport. Normally, this is the option to be selected. - ・Single type (S)
This is a replacement for those who have been using this type.

It is necessary to select a sprocket specification that corresponds to the customer's operating environment and chain specifications.
