FLATVEYOR were adopted for cable protection, support, and guidance purposes in container stacking and unstacking equipment used in food processing.
This design contributes to reducing the risk of foreign object contamination, which is a critical concern in food processing equipment, and also makes it easier to maintain a clean environment.
Problem
Because the equipment is used for food processing, measures to prevent contamination by foreign objects such as fallen parts and Wear debris are essential. Therefore, it was necessary to reduce the risk of foreign object contamination by suppressing the generation of Wear debris from cables and Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR).
Furthermore, although the production line is cleaned every time the product is changed, general-purpose Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) tend to accumulate residue in small gaps, making cleaning difficult.
Therefore, in order to maintain a clean state, the equipment design required minimizing the accumulation of residues and gaps that are difficult to clean.

Benefits of adopting the product
FLATVEYOR has a one-piece structure in which cables, tubes, and support member tubes are welded together in a flat shape, reducing the risk of foreign matter contamination due to parts falling off or Wear debris being generated.
Furthermore, the structure with minimal gaps makes it less likely for residue to accumulate, making it easier to maintain a clean state.
