Panning process
Various ingredients are added to the mixer to combine the dough.
There are dividers and rounders for dividing the mixed dough into smaller pieces. Each machine uses Tsubaki products suited to its specific purpose.

Tilt the bowl used for kneading the dough to discharge it.
Because hydraulic cylinders pose a risk of oil leakage for tilting, Tsubaki's electric cylinder, "Power Cylinder," which operates solely on electricity, is used.
Since there are no hydraulic pumps or piping, concerns about oil leaks from joints are reduced.

Heavy duty drive chain & sprocket
Heavy duty drive chain have a higher allowable tension than Drive chain, allowing for size reduction and enabling compact equipment design even in confined spaces. We also offer the "TOUGH TOOTH" sprocket, which is ideally suited for Heavy duty drive chain.

Zip Chain is a chain in which two chains interlock like a zipper to form a single, strong column, allowing for Long travel length "pushing and pulling" motions. The Tsubaki Zip Chain Actuator is a product that utilizes this type of chain for linear actuator.
Because the disengaged chain can be stored compactly, it saves significantly more space compared to conventional pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders.
With numerous features including high-speed and high-frequency operation, multi-point stopping capabilities, high stopping accuracy, and flexible mounting orientation, as well as environmental considerations, it is widely used in everything from small actuators to large lifters.

In lines that handle fabric, applying oil to the chains is undesirable.
Tsubaki's Lambda Chain, Lube-free chain, can be used Lube-free thanks to special oil-impregnated bush. This ensures hygiene as no oil adheres to the product, and also provides a long service life. The lubricant used in special oil-impregnated bush is NSF H1 compliant, making it suitable for use in food processing machinery.

Tsubaki plastic Top chain are used in the conveying process for food containers and metal trays. Unlike metal chains, using plastic Top chain reduces the risk of foreign object contamination due to metal contact, thus ensuring food safety.

We offer two types of plastic Top chain for transport: BTC8H-M (for straight lines) and TTUPS-H (for curved lines). In recent years, thicker, more durable plastic chains have become common, making the BTC8H-M and TTUPS-H the most suitable choices. We also offer a lineup of special material specifications to suit various applications.
