We were considering using a circular travel arrangement box-type cable carrier to protect the cable of a rotary table used in a clean environment, but we were concerned about installation space restrictions and the generation Wear debris.
By adopting FLATVEYOR ZP specification for swivel applications, we have achieved a space-saving design and low dust generation while eliminating cable sliding.
Problem
With typical circular travel arrangement box-type cable carriers, the height and bending radius of the cable tend to be large, which makes the overall equipment bulky.In addition, since it is not acceptable for Wear debris to fall onto the workpiece, there is also the problem of dust generation.

Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) FLATVEYOR ZP specification
Uses Tsubaki's proprietary opening and closing tube.
Cables and tubes can be stored and replaced by opening and closing the locking section.
The tube can be easily opened by hand and closed securely with the closure. (It can also be closed by hand.)
The structure prevents the generation and scattering of Wear debris, ensuring cleanliness and achieving ISO Class 2 cleanliness.

Benefits of adopting the product
FLATVEYOR ZP specification features a unique structure that houses cables within a tube, allowing for reduced height dimensions in rotational applications and resulting in a smaller overall size and space-saving design.
Unlike conventional methods, the cable does not slide against each other, significantly reducing the risk of cable breakage. Cable insertion is also simple, contributing to a reduction in installation man-hours.
