We previously used a chain with a resin plate based on a nickel-plated chain for humid environments, but the nickel plating did not provide much rust prevention, so we adopted an NEP Series chain that has a special coating and special resin coating to provide even better rust prevention.
Problem
Rust on the base chain caused premature wear and the resulting risk of chain breakage.

- A steel chain-based curved conveying chain with a large allowable tension.
-It is also possible to replace only the top plate.
- Chain specifications are available to suit corrosive environments.
*In this case, the base chain is made to a special specification with NEP (special coating).

By changing the base chain to NEP Series, which combines a special coating and a special resin coating developed exclusively by Tsubaki, giving it high corrosion resistance (rust prevention) and chemical resistance, it has become less prone to rust, achieving a longer chain life and reducing the frequency of chain replacement.
