We originally selected steel chains, but after learning that the end user would be using the chain in an environment where metal-on-metal sliding and metal wear debris were not permitted, we decided to use Plastic block chain.

There was a need for a conveyor chain for environments where metal-on-metal sliding and metal wear debris were unacceptable.

The self-lubricating properties of the plastic mean that it can be used without oiling, helping to keep the work site clean.

In addition, the simple structure of block-shaped links connected with joint pins makes maintenance easy.

It can be used for a variety of purposes, such as in environments where oil is undesirable and to prevent scratches on products, and is used in a wide range of industries, including food (food containers), circuit boards (electronic components), and pallet (case) transportation.
