In the glass substrate stacking process on FPD (flat panel display) manufacturing lines, there was a demand for a device that was compatible with clean environments and capable of high-precision lifting on multiple axes.
By introducing Linipower Jack, which are compatible with special surface treatments and low-dust coatings, we have been able to suppress rust and dust generation from painted surfaces, enabling stable operation while maintaining a high level of cleanliness in a clean environment.
By using Tsubaki's comprehensive jack system selection service, which includes not only jacks but also couplings and gear motors, product selection and ordering processes became more efficient, contributing to a reduction in labor hours.
Problem
