Thanks to special oil-impregnated bush, it can be used Lube-free.

Uses impregnation oil that conforms to NSF H1 standards.

We've adopted Lambda Chain for equipment where refueling is strictly prohibited! This has significantly improved their lifespan compared to conventional systems!

Stainless steel chain LSK specification
By employing special engineering plastic* processed bushings in the bearing section, Lube-free is achieved. This results in a long lifespan and reduced initial chain elongation, making it popular for filling and packaging machines.

We were considering large-diameter gears, but these were less prone to disengaging and allowed for more flexible design. They also had specifications that could withstand water exposure, so we decided to use them!

This cable and hose support and guide device helps suppress dust generation in movable wiring sections and reduces the risk of wire breakage. It also features a self-supporting function and can be used with a maximum travel length of 2.8 m.

To automate the depanner section and reduce labor, it became necessary to place the drive unit on top of the product. CLEANVEYOR was adopted to minimize the risk of foreign object contamination!

Shock Monitor
This is an electric overload protection device that monitors power supply. It can detect even minute load fluctuations caused by things like chain lubrication shortages and can also notify you of lubrication shortages or when it's time to refuel.

It can detect minute load fluctuations and can be retrofitted without modifying the existing equipment.
In addition to detecting overloads caused by jamming or other issues, it can also determine when the chain will run out of oil after lubrication, which is useful for preventative maintenance of the equipment.
