In manufacturing equipment for flat panel displays (FPDs), fine dust and dirt adhering to the glass surface can lead to product defects, so there was a demand for cylinders with low dust generation specifications.
Additionally, there were challenges such as speeding up the operation cycle, improving durability, and ensuring high stopping accuracy in order to improve productivity.
Therefore, by combining low dust-emitting bellows with air tubes and taking special measures to prevent dust from scattering, it is possible to use it in a clean environment.
Furthermore, we have achieved both productivity and conveying accuracy through improved operation cycles achieved by specially addressing product characteristics and high-precision stopping control achieved by using servo motors.

With a wide range of options, including a brake motor that powerfully holds loads, a gear reduction unit that achieves low noise, a highly efficient Ball screw developed for cylinders, and a safety mechanism to protect the mating device, it can be used for a variety of purposes.
