The WinCS mini, which uses a highly slippery Plastic modular chain, is used for the conveyor used in the process of collecting and lining up multiple types of 350ml canned drinks and packing them into boxes.
Standardization has reduced the amount of work required to design the conveyor, and the transfer section, which had been an issue, was resolved by adopting the orthogonal transfer model.
Problem
Since we planned to connect more than 10 conveyors, we wanted to reduce the amount of work required for design, and also wanted to enable smooth transfers at the orthogonal transfer sections.

Since WinCS mini is a standardized conveyor, no design is required and the conveyor can be arranged simply by selecting the model number.
This can solve problems that arise when using belt conveyors, such as time-consuming maintenance and frequent replacement due to short lifespan.
