Linipower Jack 's rust prevention feature ensures stable operation even in high humidity environments
Linipower Jack JWM (Trapezoidal Screw type)
overview
When raising and lowering the nozzle of a beverage can washing unit, air cylinders cannot stop at multiple points, and deviations occur while holding the load, making it difficult to handle cans of different sizes.
The introduction of Linipower Jack has enabled highly accurate positioning and multi-point stopping, resulting in stable operation and flexible size compatibility.
Additionally, corrosion resistance has been improved by using stainless steel for the trapezoidal screw shaft, electroless nickel treatment for the input shaft, and rust-proof coating for the gear case.
This reduces the risk of rust even in high humidity environments, enabling stable operation over the long term.
Problem
An air cylinder was considered for raising and lowering the nozzle of the beverage can washing unit, but it was not possible to stop at multiple points, and the position would shift while holding the load, making it difficult to accommodate cans of different sizes.
Additionally, because the equipment is always installed in a humid environment, rust is likely to form on the screw shaft, posing a risk of hindering stable operation and long-term use.
Adopted products
Linipower Jack JWM (Trapezoidal Screw Type)

Benefits of adopting the product
The use of Linipower Jack has made it possible to stop at multiple points and achieve highly accurate positioning, allowing for flexible handling of various can sizes.
This eliminates the misalignment of the stopping position that was an issue with conventional air cylinders, achieving stable operation.
In addition, the use of stainless steel for the trapezoidal screw shaft reduces the risk of rust and allows the shaft to be kept clean during the cleaning process.
In addition, the input shaft is treated with electroless nickel, and the gear case is coated with anti-rust paint.
These enhanced corrosion resistance features enable stable operation over long periods of time, even in humid environments.
