In depanner equipment used to remove baked bread from bread pans and trays, CLEANVEYOR were adopted for cable protection, support, and guidance.
By adopting CLEANVEYOR, a low-dusting cable and hose support and guide device, we were able to suppress the contamination of food products Wear debris and foreign matter.
Problem
In depanner equipment, cables move over the top of the food before packaging, which posed a risk of foreign matter contamination due to Wear debris and broken or detached parts.
If foreign objects adhere to food before packaging, it can lead to product defects and waste, and may even cause production line stoppages. Therefore, minimizing the risk of foreign object contamination was essential.

This is the lowest dust-generating cable system among Tsubaki Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR).
It achieves ISO Class 1 cleanliness and is ideal for use in clean rooms.

Benefits of adopting the product
CLEANVEYOR prevents frictional wear between support structures by housing cables and tubes in a highly wear-resistant pod (fluoropolymer ePTFE), thus reducing the risk of foreign matter contamination due to Wear debris and broken or detached parts.
As a result, we were able to reduce product defects, waste, and line stoppages.
Furthermore, because it has fewer surface irregularities compared to link-structured designs, it also improves the ease of cleaning accumulated debris from Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) carrier itself.
