For product transport, we were using attachment chains with special parts that were manufactured by an external contractor. However, because assembling these special parts was time-consuming, we decided to adopt Integrated Attachment Chain in which the special parts and the chain are integrated.
Problem
Because we outsourced chain manufacturing and special parts manufacturing to different companies, a significant amount of time and effort was spent on procurement arrangements, delivery coordination, and drawing management.
Furthermore, procuring specialized parts in bulk increased the burden of inventory management. The on-site installation of these specialized parts after chain delivery also became a burden, increasing the workload at the site.
Therefore, we wanted to solve these problems and reduce the workload on-site.

Integrated Attachment Chain is a chain with special attachments from Tsubaki, where the jigs and attachments that customers previously installed themselves are integrated into the chain itself.
We propose chains with specially shaped attachments that meet all of our customers' needs. By incorporating these specially shaped attachments during chain manufacturing, we reduce the time and effort required for jig production and installation, contributing to overall cost reduction.
Benefits of adopting the product
By adopting Integrated Attachment Chain that integrates special components and the chain itself, we eliminated the need for procuring special components and on-site assembly work, resulting in a significant reduction in man-hours.
In addition, the burden of procurer arrangement, delivery management, drawing management, and inventory management has been reduced, and work efficiency has been improved.
