This is a gear rack with rollers that transmits power through the meshing of pin gears and pins (rollers).
It has the same function as a gear or rack and pinion, and is a transmission part that converts rotation into linear motion or rotation into another type of rotational motion by combining a pin-mechanical wheel and rack with a special gear.
Benefits of adopting the product
There are other mechanisms for tilting and raising, but Pin gear drive unit was easy to select because there was an automatic calculation tool available online, and the drawings could also be downloaded online, which saved us time in considering the design.
