When considering automating a process where multiple workers were required to supply parts, Pin gear drive unit was adopted to rotate the table used for supplying parts.
Problem
As production volume expanded, we wanted to automate the process of supplying parts, which was previously carried out manually.

Pin gear drive Unit
This is a gear rack with rollers that transmits power through the meshing of pin gears and pins (rollers).
It has the same function as a gear or rack and pinion, and is a transmission part that converts rotation into linear motion or rotation into another type of rotational motion by combining a pin-mechanical wheel and rack with a special gear.
Benefits of adopting the product
By reducing the number of workers to one-fourth, we were able to achieve a significant reduction in production costs.
Additionally, the use of an internally-engineered Pin gear drive unit has enabled a compact design.
