When recycling solar panels, the panels must be removed from the aluminum frame and recycled individually.
When considering the peeling mechanism, we put together a complete set of Tsubaki products, including Power Cylinder, coupling, and Miter Gear Box.
Problem
For the parts for the peeling mechanism, we wanted to select them all at once by standardizing the manufacturers as much as possible.

Power cylinder T series multi-specification
Ideal for synchronously operating multiple cylinders with one motor (medium capacity 39.2kN or less).
Roller chain coupling
The chain is connected by wrapping it around the sprocket and separated by unwinding it, so it can be connected and separated without moving the device.
Miter Gear Box
High performance, high efficiency general-purpose spiral bevel gearbox with right-angle shaft.
