Integrated Attachment Chain

Previously, we used chains with standard attachments that had special attachments welded onto them for product transport. However, we have now replaced them with chains that integrate the standard attachments and special attachments into a single unit.
Problem
Since there were no chains with attachments of the shape I wanted, I obtained a standard chain with attachments, fabricated the desired attachments, and welded them on-site. However, I learned that welding to chains can cause a decrease in strength and cracking due to heat, and that there is a risk of the jig coming off, so this is not recommended by the manufacturer.
There is also a risk of foreign matter contamination due to welding cracks, and since foreign matter contamination is a critical risk in the food industry, we want to resolve this as soon as possible.

Integrated Attachment Chain
Integrated Attachment Chain is a chain with special attachments from Tsubaki, where the jigs and attachments that customers previously installed themselves are integrated into the chain itself.
We propose chains with specially shaped attachments that meet all of our customers' needs. By incorporating these specially shaped attachments during chain manufacturing, we reduce the time and effort required for jig production and installation, contributing to overall cost reduction.
It is also effective in preventing foreign object contamination in food processing machinery and other equipment.
Benefits of adopting the product
By adopting Integrated Attachment Chain and replacing the existing chain with one equipped with a specially shaped attachment, we were able to install it on the equipment immediately after receiving it, thus reducing equipment downtime.
Furthermore, because the standard and special attachments are integrated, there is no need for welding, which reduces the risk of foreign matter contamination and gives us peace of mind.
