This is a device that raises raw paper fabric for paper manufacturing. To resolve the unstable forward movement of the hydraulic cylinder rod, reduce the risk of oil leaks, and reduce the maintenance man-hours for the hydraulic unit, the company considered electrifying the device and decided to adopt Tsubaki's Power Cylinder.
Problem
We have had trouble obtaining hydraulic motors for some time now.
In the case of hydraulics, if a load is applied to the cylinder while raising the original material, the forward movement of the rod becomes unstable.
