The production line previously used hydraulic cylinders, but the company was looking for electric actuators when considering new equipment to eliminate hydraulics.
Increasing the cycle time was also considered for the new design, and Linispeed Jack was adopted as equipment that would enable the desired operating cycle.
Problem
With the aim of improving the production environment, the theme was to make the entire production site hydraulic-free.
We also wanted to increase the cycle time of the process.

This is an innovative jack that allows for high-speed, high-frequency operation and a low profile.
Linispeed Jack achieves a maximum operating speed of 200 mm/s and a maximum Percentage duty cycle of 100% ED, helping to improve the productivity of your equipment.
Even when operating at higher speeds, the jack is smaller than conventional jacks, and the newly developed structure allows for a low profile, contributing to more compact equipment.

By switching from hydraulic to electric actuators, we were able to reduce maintenance work for oil leaks and the like, while also achieving higher speeds by adopting Linispeed Jack.
