overview

In the drying process of papermaking equipment, dryers need to be able to handle both high temperatures and chemical dispersion when driving chemical application equipment.

Therefore, by adopting a heat-resistant Gear Motor, stable drive performance can be maintained even in high-temperature environments.

Furthermore, epoxy resin coating suppresses the risk of corrosion and deterioration due to chemical dispersion, ensuring durability.

This enables long-term stable operation even in harsh environments with high temperatures and chemical influences.

Problem

Dryers used in the drying process of papermaking equipment employ devices that apply chemicals to prevent paper from sticking together and to ensure stable transport.

Because the area around a hair dryer becomes a high-temperature environment, there are concerns that standard indoor gear motors may experience performance degradation and component deterioration due to heat, leading to unstable drive performance and a shortened lifespan.

Furthermore, there is a risk that the scattered chemicals may adhere to the motor surface, causing paint deterioration and corrosion.

A gear motor was needed that possessed both heat resistance to maintain stable performance even in high-temperature environments and chemical resistance to withstand environments where chemicals are dispersed.

Adopted products

Gear Motor TA/TR series

This is a parallel-shaft type helical gear reducer.

All models feature silent brakes. We can also manufacture IoT-compatible models with integrated sensors and motors.

It comes pre-filled with grease and is ready to use. There are no restrictions on the mounting direction.

The adoption of an aluminum frame motor has resulted in an even smaller and lighter design. (TA Series)

We can accommodate inverter motors, and we also offer a wide range of optional accessories.

Benefits of adopting the product

By employing a heat-resistant Gear Motor, lubrication and sealing performance are maintained even in high-temperature environments through the use of heat-resistant grease and heat-resistant oil seals, ensuring stable drive performance.

Furthermore, by applying epoxy resin coating, the risk of corrosion and paint deterioration due to chemical dispersion is suppressed, ensuring durability even in harsh environments.

We have achieved long-term stable operation even under high-temperature conditions and conditions where chemicals are scattered.
