When transporting lumber on lumber processing lines, conveyor chains with attachments were used to prevent slippage, but high speeds and dusty environments caused the chains to wear out and the attachment tips to wear out quickly, necessitating frequent replacement.

To address this issue, we have adopted highly wear-resistant conveyor chains and hardened attachments, which have improved durability and reduced maintenance frequency and costs.

Furthermore, by replacing the previous overseas-made chains with products that can be supplied domestically, procurement risks have been eliminated and flexibility in maintenance has been improved.


Problem

On the woodworking line, Small size conveyor chain with special attachments were used to prevent workpieces from slipping, but the combination of high speed transport and a dusty environment with sawdust and other particles caused the chains to wear out quickly, necessitating frequent replacement.

Additionally, wear on the attachment tip also shortens its lifespan, creating issues with stable operation and maintenance costs.

Furthermore, most woodworking equipment is made overseas, and the majority of existing chains are also made overseas, so obtaining replacement parts and maintaining them was a time-consuming process.

The "wear-resistant woodworking chain" is a chain with a specially shaped attachment that prevents slipping when transporting wood at high speeds.

In addition, the pins are specially plated to enhance wear resistance so that they can be used at high speeds and in dusty environments.

Compared to the standard specification, wear elongation is significantly reduced, and even during high-speed operation, the wear elongation rate remains at about half.

It provides stable performance even in harsh environments where the use of Lambda Chain is difficult.
