The Tsubaki BSF feeder is a robust and simple feeder that utilizes the advantages of both belt conveyors and conveyor chains to directly receive and stably supply raw materials.

2. It is economical because a spillage conveyor is not required.
3. This single unit can handle everything from loading to inclined transport.
4. Because it combines a conveyor chain and slat plates with Synchronous Belt belt, it is easier to maintain and more durable than a belt feeder.
5. Because it is driven by a conveyor chain, it does not slip and the tension can be easily adjusted.

Reclaimer Chain

If highly abrasive dust or raw materials enter the space between the bushing and the roller, as well as the outer roller, the roller's rotation will be hindered, and wear between the bushing and the roller will accelerate rapidly. As a result, the chain will reach its wear limit prematurely. By using dustproof bearing rollers, the lifespan of the reclaimer chain can be significantly extended.

The Tsubaki FC Flow is a continuous drag conveyor suitable for powdered and granular raw materials such as cement, chemical products, and fertilizers.
