overview

Previously, we procured special jigs and chains used in overseas-made equipment for product transport from overseas equipment manufacturers. However, to reduce procurement costs and man-hours, we replaced them with Integrated Attachment Chain that integrate the special jigs and chains into a single unit.

Problem

Because we use equipment manufactured overseas, replacing the chains with special jigs inside the equipment requires communication with the overseas equipment manufacturer, resulting in significant costs and labor for ordering, delivery management, and transportation.

Furthermore, because the parts were sourced from overseas, there were delivery, which caused problems such as having to shut down the production line equipment.

Adopted products

Integrated Attachment Chain

Integrated Attachment Chain is a chain with special attachments from Tsubaki, where the jigs and attachments that customers previously installed themselves are integrated into the chain itself.

We propose chains with specially shaped attachments that meet all of our customers' needs. By incorporating these specially shaped attachments during chain manufacturing, we reduce the time and effort required for jig production and installation, contributing to overall cost reduction.

Benefits of adopting the product

By replacing our old chains with Integrated Attachment Chain that incorporate special jigs, we were able to significantly reduce procurement costs, man-hours, and delivery.

Tsubaki will do its utmost to support you in solving any problems you may have.
