In processes closer to the final product, lubricant from the roller chain can come into contact with the workpiece, potentially leading to defects.
Tsubaki's Lambda Chain, a Lube-free chain, uses special oil-impregnated bush, ensuring a long lifespan without the need for additional lubrication.
There are also long-life Lambda Chain available that offer even longer service life.
Advantages of adopting Lambda Chain
Under conditions of Lube-free operation, wear and elongation life is significantly improved compared to general-purpose chains, reducing maintenance and replacement costs.

Heavy duty drive chain
By increasing the plate shape and thickness compared to general-purpose Drive chain, we have achieved excellent power transmission capacity and allowable load tensile strength while maintaining a compact design.
Super chain
By adjusting the amount of plate constriction, Maximum allowable load has been improved by approximately 30% compared to general-purpose roller chains.
RS-HT chain
By increasing the plate thickness, the tensile strength has been improved by approximately 20% compared to general-purpose roller chains.
Super-H chain
This chain features plates with the same shape as Super chain but with increased thickness. It is suitable for use in conditions requiring higher allowable tension, tensile strength, and shock absorption.
Ultra Super chain
The plate shape is oval, and the thickness is increased. It has the highest level of allowable tension, tensile strength, and shock absorption, and a compact design is possible.

Shaft Connector -ECHT-FLEX NEF Electrical Insulation Specification [Custom Order] -
This prevents electrolytic corrosion (bearing damage) in the gearbox and other equipment caused by leakage current from the motor.
All spacers have an insulation resistance of 1 MΩ or higher, and are shipped after undergoing voltage withstand and insulation tests following assembly. Spacers can also be manufactured to any desired length.
In conventional shaft couplings, the bearings are damaged by electrolytic corrosion.
The electrical insulation specification blocks the current from the motor, preventing electrolytic corrosion on the machine side.

Cam Clutch - BS Series [For preventing reverse rotation (backstop)] -
