In container handling equipment, we manufactured a special-shaped chain incorporating blocks that we produced in-house, using Lambda Chain.
By adopting Lambda Chain, it became possible to operate without refueling, which helped to reduce the amount of lubricating oil adhering to the container.
Problem
In container handling equipment, a problem was that lubricating oil adhered to the containers.
Furthermore, while they wanted to incorporate blocks manufactured in-house into the chain, the on-site assembly process was time-consuming. Therefore, they needed a chain that could eliminate this hassle while also solving the problem of lubricant adhesion.

Lambda Small size conveyor chain
Thanks to special oil-impregnated bush, Lambda Chain can be used for a long time Lube-free.
Both the inner and outer plates are blackened to give them some corrosion resistance and a luxurious finish.
Because it uses NSF H1* compliant lubricant, it can also be used in food processing machinery.
- NSF H1 is a standard established by NSF that states, "Lubricants can be used in areas where accidental contact with food may occur."
Integrated Attachment Chain
Integrated Attachment Chain is a chain with special attachments from Tsubaki, where the jigs and attachments that customers previously installed themselves are integrated into the chain itself.
We propose chains with specially shaped attachments that meet all of our customers' needs. By incorporating these specially shaped attachments during chain manufacturing, we reduce the time and effort required for jig production and installation, contributing to overall cost reduction.
Benefits of adopting the product
By creating Integrated Attachment Chain that integrates the jig, attachment, and chain, it became unnecessary to assemble a dedicated block on-site, thus reducing the time and effort required for installation.
Furthermore, by adopting Lambda Chain, the system can be operated Lube-free, which helps to suppress the adhesion of lubricating oil to the container.
