In automated warehouses in the frozen food industry, the low temperature environment makes it difficult to oil chains. By adopting the "Lambda Chain cold resistant series," which can be used in temperatures down to -30°C Lube-free, maintenance man-hours have been reduced.
Problem
冷凍食品を扱う自動倉庫でチェーンを使用した昇降・横行システムを稼働させていますが、チェーン摩耗を抑制するため、給油を行う必要がありました。
冷凍倉庫内の-10℃を下回るような過酷な環境下で行う給油作業は、作業者の負担も高く、潤滑油の凍結や粘度上昇により、非常に困難でした。
