This is a self-supporting flat cable system with an opening and closing mechanism.

・Achieving cleanliness ISO Class 1 and contributing to yield improvement.
(In a test based on ISO 14644-1 "Classification of air purity" by the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering and Automation (IPA) in Germany, the FLATVEYOR ZP specification (certificate for the product FLATVEYOR ZP Type (R130)) has obtained ISO Class 1)
- Tsubaki has developed its own unique open/close tube that is flexible, durable, and has good sliding properties.
- Cables and tubes can be stored and replaced, and are easy to take in and out.
- Standardized for up to 8 open/close tubes

(In tests based on ISO 14644-1 "Classification of Air Cleanliness" by the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering and Automation (IPA) in Germany, the TKR type Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) (certificate for the product TKR20H28) achieved ISO Class 1.)
- Low noise and dust generation contribute to reducing environmental impact.
- Special specifications such as dry environment specifications (suitable for low humidity environments) are available.
