Drawing Library Hypoid Motor TA/TR Series
series
HMTA: A type with a three-phase motor.
HMTR: A type with a three-phase high-efficiency motor.
HRTA: A motorless reducer available in two types: double-shaft type and type with an adapter that can mount a general-purpose flange motor.
Motor Capacity
For HMTA and HMTR: Motor capacity.
For HRTA: Indicates the value equivalent to the motor capacity.
Frame No.
This indicates the size of the reducer. For most models, this is the same value as the output shaft diameter.
It is automatically determined from the motor capacity and reduction ratio.
Mounting Type
H: The output shaft is hollow.
U: The output shaft is a solid type and is face mounted.
L: The output shaft is solid and is Foot mount mounted.
Reduction ratio
Indicates the reduction ratio.
The range division corresponds to the frame number.
Shaft arrangement
L: When the mounting type is Foot mount (L), the solid output shaft is on the left side when viewed from the motor side.
R: When the mounting style is Foot mount (L), the solid output shaft protrudes to the right when viewed from the motor side.
T: A type with a solid output shaft on both sides.
S: When the mounting format is face mount (U), the solid output shaft protrudes toward the mounting surface.
No symbol: If the mounting format is a hollow shaft type (H), the shaft arrangement symbol is not required.
Specification Code
No symbol: If there is a motor but no brake, or if there is no motor and it is a double-shaft type, no specification symbol is required.
B: Add this when a motor is equipped with a brake.
FI: Add this when there is no motor and when using a motor mounting adapter type.
K: For hollow shaft types, Power-Lock is used to mount the driven shaft.
BE: A rotary encoder is installed at the rear of the motor. A brake is included.
SR: Install an electrical overload protection device called a "Shock Relay."
Option symbol A
Z: This motor is compatible with inverter drive.
W: Suitable for outdoor installation.
WC: Outdoor type with brake, motor is continuously rated.
P: Comes with a plastic terminal box.
J: Suitable for installation in locations subject to water.
V: This specifies the power supply voltage will be doubled.
V1: The power supply voltage and frequency are 380V and 50Hz.
V2: The power supply voltage and frequency are 380V, 60Hz.
V3: The power supply voltage and frequency are 415V, 50Hz.
V4: The power supply voltage and frequency are 460V, 60Hz.
N: CE compliant.
N2: UL standard compliant specifications.
*N3: CCC specification.
H: Comes with an aluminum terminal box.
Q: Manual brake release available
M: Rotation can be controlled manually from the motor fan side.
A1: It can be used in environments with ambient temperatures between 0°C and +60°C.
A2: It can be used in environments with ambient temperatures between -30°C and +40°C.
Option symbol B (formerly: supplementary symbol)
