Drawing Library DISCO infinitely variable speed drive(Sales ended in March 2018)
series
DK: Suitable for loads where the load torque is constant regardless of rotation speed.
DZ: Suitable for loads that require zero rotation or a wide range of speed changes, and where the load torque is constant regardless of rotation speed.
DB: The required horsepower of the machine remains constant even when the rotation speed changes, and it is suitable for loads where the load torque changes in inverse proportion to the rotation speed.
Capacity symbol
Indicates the capacity of the transmission.
DISCO mounting type
A: This type is attached using the legs of the DISCO transmission.
F: The DISCO speed reducer is a flange-mounted type. This also applies to cases where the reducer has legs.
Drive unit type
M, ME: 4-pole motor direct drive type.
Reducer symbol
R: Comes with an R-type reducer.
T: Comes with a T-type reducer.
Reduction ratio
If a reducer is used, this indicates the reduction ratio.
Reducer mounting type
A: It is a Foot mount type.
F: Flange mounting type.
VD or VDC: Vertical mounting type with flange.
If the capacity is 3.7kW or more, a cooling fan will be attached and the symbol will be VDC.
Special specification code
For manual handle operation, you can specify the installation direction.
D: Vertical Foot mount output shaft facing downward F: Vertical Foot mount output shaft facing upward
R: Wall-mounted, right-hand operation L: Wall-mounted, left-hand operation
U: Ceiling mounting
You can specify the orientation of Miter Gear Box for mechanical remote control.
M: Operation shaft motor side
S: Operation shaft output shaft side
Electric remote control is available.
E: Basic type: Speed can be changed using the pilot motor.
P: Potentiometer type: The speed is changed using a pilot motor, and the speed change position can be detected.
Special specification motors are available.
W: Outdoor type X: Increased safety explosion-proof type
Y: Explosion-proof B: With brake
V: Double voltage (400/400/440V, 50/60/60Hz)
You can specify the mounting positions of the handle and motor terminal box when viewed from the output shaft side.
The standard is the handle on the right side and the terminal box on the left side.
2: Left side of handle, right side of terminal box
3: Right side of handle, right side of terminal box
4: Left side of handle, left side of terminal box
