Poly-steel chain were adopted for the purpose of transporting cans by placing them directly on the top surface of the chain.
Because Poly-steel chain uses engineering plastics for Inner link, it is less likely to damage the transported goods and enables low-noise transport.
Problem
In direct-loading can transport, the cans are placed directly on the chain during transport, which posed a problem as they could be damaged by contact with the chain.

This clean and lightweight chain utilizes engineering plastics in Inner link, resulting in Lube-free, low-noise, and lightweight design.
The outer plate and pins are made of 18-8 stainless steel, and Inner link is made of engineering plastic (white).
Benefits of adopting the product
Because Poly-steel chain uses engineering plastic for Inner link, it is easier to reduce friction when in contact with the transported goods, thus reducing scratches on the can surface.
