overview
In the chip transport system of a bonder, CLEANVEYOR was adopted for the purpose of protecting, supporting, and guiding cables wired to the movable parts.
Because the cables move in accordance with the movable parts, a configuration was required that could stably support and guide them while suppressing dust generation. By adopting CLEANVEYOR, dust generation was suppressed, contributing to compliance with clean environments and improved reliability of the production equipment's quality.
Problem
Regarding the protection, support, and guidance methods for cables wired to the movable parts of chip transport devices, there was a growing need for equipment designs that would reduce the risk of foreign matter contamination by suppressing dust generation, thereby improving reliability of product quality, in response to the increasing demand for clean environments.

Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) CLEANVEYOR
This is the lowest dust-generating cable system among Tsubaki Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR).
It achieves ISO Class 1 cleanliness and is ideal for use in clean rooms.
It boasts low noise levels of 36 dB(A) or less and a long lifespan of over 10 million bending cycles. (Based on our test results)
We do not use any specific hazardous substances exceeding the thresholds restricted by the European RoHS II Directive. (Excluding customer-supplied cables and tubes.)
Benefits of adopting the product
Because CLEANVEYOR is an integrated unit with cables, tubes, and support members incorporated into a fluororesin pod, it generates less dust, reducing the risk of foreign matter contamination in the cleanroom and leading to improved reliability of the production equipment's quality.
Furthermore, since CLEANVEYOR is delivered with cables and tubes already installed, it reduces installation time compared to general-purpose Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) that require cable and tube assembly work.
