食品工場の間欠充填ラインでは、正確な停止位置が求められるとともに、食品対応や洗浄環境への配慮も必要となります。
クローゼモータを採用したことによりウォームギヤの特性によって安定した位置決めを実現。
食品機械用H1オイルの採用および防水仕様とすることで、食品ラインでの安全性と洗浄環境への対応を両立しています。
これにより、充填工程における品質の安定化と設備の安定稼働に貢献しています。
Problem
食品工場の間欠充填ラインでは、コンベヤの送り動作において停止位置が求められます。
特に充填工程では位置ずれが歩留まりや生産性に影響するため、ウォームギヤの特性により安定した位置決め性能が重要でした。
また、食品を扱うラインであることから、潤滑剤や使用部品についても食品機械に適した仕様が求められ、安全性への配慮が必要となります。
さらに、ライン洗浄により水がかかる環境となるため、屋内標準モータでは浸水による故障リスクも懸念されます。
そのため、停止位置精度を確保しながら、食品ラインに適した安全性と防水性を両立できるモータの選定が課題となっていました。

A compact, lightweight, quietly operating right-angle shaft worm reducer with motor.
Croise Motor uses a worm gear, has right-angle shaft and high reduction ratio, and achieves space saving in the equipment layout.
The output shaft can be selected from hollow or solid types.
Compared to other gear mechanisms, it has less backlash and can be expected to have excellent stopping position accuracy.
Our lineup includes three-phase motor capacities from 0.1kW to 5.5kW, and reduction ratios from 1/10 to 1/300.
