In the steaming process at noodle factories, the area around the steamer becomes a high-temperature environment and is also exposed to steam and water from equipment cleaning. Therefore, the motors needed to be both heat-resistant and waterproof.
Therefore, by adopting a heat-resistant and waterproof Hypoid Motor, a configuration was created that can maintain stable drive performance even in high-temperature environments.
The design also takes corrosion resistance into consideration, reducing the risk of malfunction even in the harsh environment around the steamer.
This has resulted in stable operation of the steaming process equipment and reduced maintenance burden.
Problem
In the steaming process at noodle factories, the area around the steamer becomes a high-temperature environment, which meant that standard indoor motors were at risk of reduced performance and component degradation due to heat, thus shortening their lifespan.
Furthermore, since the environment will be exposed to moisture due to steam generation and equipment cleaning, waterproofing must also be considered.
