The chains on the conveyor lines of the jelly filling lines have been changed to LSK specifications, which use self-lubricating parts between the pins and bushings. This has significantly reduced wear and elongation, reducing the burden of chain tension adjustment and replacement work.
Problem
Stainless steel chains were used in the conveying lines of the jelly filling lines, but stainless steel chains have a lower Maximum allowable load than steel chains and are prone to stretching due to wear, which meant that the filling points would quickly become misaligned and required a lot of work to adjust the chain tension.

Benefits of adopting the product
This time, by adopting the LSK specification, which enhances lubrication by inserting a plastic part between the pin and bushing, we have succeeded in significantly reducing the amount of wear and elongation, and have been able to significantly reduce the frequency of chain replacement and the labor required for tension adjustment, etc. Furthermore, by reducing initial elongation, it is also possible to reduce the labor required to adjust the conveyor when installing the chain.
