WinCS mini
overview
As a result of the shift from manual transport to automation, we decided to use WinCS mini, a standard conveyor that uses an easy-to-maintain Plastic modular chain, instead of the belt conveyor that we had initially considered.
Problem
With belt conveyors, there is a risk that the belt may be damaged and broken by sharp parts of the workpiece, and even if only a part of the belt is damaged, the entire belt must be replaced, which requires labor and costs.

Since WinCS mini is a standardized conveyor, no design is required and the conveyor can be arranged simply by selecting the model number.
This can solve problems that arise when using belt conveyors, such as time-consuming maintenance and frequent replacement due to short lifespan.

By replacing it with WinCS mini, maintainability has improved dramatically, as anyone can easily replace only the damaged parts, and the fact that equipment downtime can be reduced was the deciding factor in adopting it.
