射出成形機内部はスペースが限られているうえ、ノズル先端を金型に押し付けて密着させるノズルタッチ機構による大きな反力負荷が加わるため、標準仕様では寸法・強度の両面で適合が困難な条件でした。
そこで、用途に特化したカスタマイズとして、出力軸長さを調整し、限られたスペース内で最適なレイアウトを実現。加えて、運転条件にあわせ、短時間定格仕様を採用しました。
また、焼入れキーの採用により、反力負荷下でも耐えられる強度にしました。
これらにより、射出成形機の運転条件に適合した駆動源を実現することができました。
Problem
射出成形機内部はスペースが限られており、装置側で定められた取付寸法に合わせて機器を収める必要がありました。また、成形機ではノズル先端を金型に押し付けて密着させる「ノズルタッチ機構」が用いられています。ノズルタッチは短時間での反復動作が中心であることに加え、押し付け時の反力が軸やブレーキハブ接続部に集中するため、標準仕様では寸法・運転条件・負荷の面で適合しない懸念がありました。
このため、装置仕様や運転条件に合わせたカスタマイズ対応が必要とされていました。

This is a parallel-shaft type helical gear reducer.
All models feature silent brakes. We can also manufacture IoT-compatible models with integrated sensors and motors.
It comes pre-filled with grease and is ready to use. There are no restrictions on the mounting direction.
The adoption of an aluminum frame motor has resulted in an even smaller and lighter design. (TA Series)
