Reduces jack backlash and improves workpiece processing accuracy
Linipower Jack JWM (Trapezoidal Screw type)
overview
A leveler device sandwiches steel material between upper and lower rollers to smooth out distortions and warping. The leveling process requires high processing precision, and even the slightest misalignment of the rollers can affect product quality.
Therefore, we have adopted an anti-backlash Linipower Jack to prevent minute misalignment of the rollers.
This allows steel materials to be finished with high precision, resulting in uniform processing quality and stable productivity.
Problem
The leveling process requires high processing precision, so even a slight misalignment of the rollers can affect product quality.
With conventional electric jacks, there is backlash between the screw and nut, and even the slightest movement of this is transmitted to the roller, potentially affecting the finished product. Therefore, improvements were needed to ensure a consistent finish.
