In protecting cables for semiconductor testing equipment, conventional plastic cable carriers pose a risk of reduced yield due to the generation of Wear debris; therefore, flat cables are sometimes used.

However, with typical flat cables, vibrations can occur as the cable bounces up during movement, posing a risk of negatively impacting inspection accuracy.

By adopting FLATVEYOR, we have achieved both high cleanliness compliant with ISO Class 1 standards and suppression of splashing.

This is a unique self-standing flat cable system that makes full use of Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) technology.

Achieving ISO Class 1 cleanliness contributes to improved yield. (Based on test results from the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering and Automation (IPA) in Germany)

It can handle Long travel length, which are difficult to accommodate with conventional flat cables.

It suppresses bulging at cable and tube bends, prevents bouncing, and ensures smooth movement.
