Linispeed Jack is used in the base washing device. High speed operation contributes to improved washing quality.
Linispeed Jack
overview
We have adopted Linispeed Jack for our automated circuit board cleaning system. The system repeatedly moves a basket containing the circuit boards up and down in the cleaning solution, efficiently removing impurities. Linispeed Jack, designed for high-frequency operation, ensures stable continuous extension and retraction, resulting in improved cleaning quality and processing capacity.
Problem
In the circuit board cleaning process, the basket needs to be moved up and down repeatedly at high speed, requiring high-load operation where Percentage duty cycle of the linear motion mechanism is close to 100%. However, conventional hydraulic mechanisms had limitations in speed and Percentage duty cycle, which prevented sufficient up-and-down movement and posed challenges in ensuring reliable dirt removal.
Adopted products
Linispeed Jack
This is Ball screw lifting unit that can make the most of the performance of the servo motor.
Linispeed Jack achieves a maximum operating speed of 200 mm/s and a maximum Percentage duty cycle of 100% ED, enabling improved productivity of the equipment.
Even when operating at higher speeds, the jack is smaller than conventional jacks, and the newly developed structure allows for a low profile, contributing to more compact equipment.
Benefits of adopting the product
By adopting Linispeed Jack, stable continuous high-speed operation is now possible, ensuring sufficient vertical movement within the cleaning solution and reliably removing impurities adhering to the substrate surface.
