There is a process where the board is lifted and turned over with a lifter to process the back side of the board, and previously a hydraulic lifter was used.
By replacing this lifter with a small Zip Chain Lifter, we were able to achieve a significant improvement in productivity.
Problem
To increase production volume, it was necessary to shorten the cycle of lifting and lowering the boards and flipping them using the robot, and it was necessary to increase the lifter's lifting speed.
