Linipower Jack JWM (Trapezoidal Screw type)

By adopting Linipower Jack (screw jacks) for the lifting and lowering device of the work platform used for vehicle inspection and maintenance, and synchronizing the machinery, we have avoided the risk of the lifter tilting that often occurs with hydraulic lifters. Even with large objects being lifted, multiple Linipower Jack can be linked together and driven by a single motor, enabling perfectly synchronized lifting and lowering.
Problem
With hydraulic lifting systems, when raising or lowering multiple points simultaneously, variations in operation are likely to occur, making it difficult to ensure the workbench remains level. Furthermore, the need for piping and units results in a complex structure, which tends to increase the burden of maintenance.

JWM (Trapezoidal Screw type) is a general-purpose, low-noise screw jack.
The main components are a concentric Trapezoidal Screw and a high-precision worm gear.
Simple, compact structure and economical. Load retention is expected. (Self-locking)
Left-handed and stainless steel screw specifications are also available.
Miter Gear Box
A high-performance, high-efficiency, general-purpose spiral bevel gearbox with a right-angle shaft. It allows for a 90° change in the direction of force transmission, or a 90° change in direction for left/right (up/down) distribution.
ECHT-FLEX Coupling NEF Series (Disc Coupling)
The disc shape, optimally designed for FEm, offers reliable torque transmission, misalignment absorption, and other superior features such as high-precision positioning and lubrication-free operation.
There are a wide variety of shaft fastening methods available, and environmentally resistant specifications are also available.
